Booking at Muddy Puppy Farm
At Muddy Puppy Farm in Ewing, KY, grooming is one-on-one and focused on comfort. To keep the experience stress-free and personal, we work by appointment only — Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 4 PM.
Please use the Client Portal to:
Register and share details about your dog (age, breed, coat type, temperament, grooming history etc.)
Upload vaccination records (see Health Requirements below)
Request an appointment date and time
Each dog deserves my full attention, so I don’t take calls while grooming. The Client Portal helps us save time, ensures we have everything we need, and lets us confirm appointments quickly by email.
Health & Safety Requirements
For the health and safety of every guest, all dogs visiting Muddy Puppy Farm must be:

Current on vaccinations:

Rabies
-
DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus [Hepatitis], Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)

Bordetella
-

On a current flea & tick prevention program

Worm-free (a recent negative fecal test is recommended)
You can upload vaccination and health records directly in the Client Portal or have your vet email them to muddypuppyfarm@gmail.com.
Proof of vaccinations must be uploaded before your dog’s first visit
Booking Made Simple: 5 Easy Steps

Here you’ll see all of your upcoming bookings with dates and totals. Click Add Booking on the left to make a new grooming or lodging request.
Choose the type of service (Grooming or Lodging) and the pet you’re booking for. Select the service duration (Full Groom, Mini Makeover, Bath/Blowout, etc.), then choose your preferred date and time.
Double-check drop-off, pick-up, and total. Add notes in the text box, then click Submit Booking Request. First you’ll get an acknowledgment email. Once approved, you’ll receive your invoice and confirmation.
Here you’ll see all of your upcoming bookings with dates and totals. Click Add Booking on the left to make a new grooming or lodging request.
