Comfortable Suites – 4×6 climate-controlled kennels with raised Kuranda-style beds. Special setups available for mini/toy breeds (call to discuss).
Play & Enrichment – large grass yard, covered outdoor runs, sandbox, toys, flirt pole, shaded rest areas.
Water Fun – splash pad & shallow water features during warm months.
Daily Routine – multiple individual turnouts (no group play unless part of the same family), soothing music, pheromone diffusers, TV for “home” sounds.
Tuck-In Service – last potty break, cozy blanket (if allowed), bedtime story, cuddles & kisses — always free.
Safety & Monitoring – 24/7 onsite care (we live right here), cameras to our phones, AirTags during walks and yard time, hospital-grade cleaning protocols.

What to Bring

Your dog’s food (bagged by meal if possible).

Collar, leash and harness (harness for Farm Walks)

Policies & Wellness

Vaccinations

Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella are required prior to booking confirmation.
Dogs must be on current flea/tick prevention and free of illness or parasites.
Records can be uploaded via the Client Portal or sent by your vet.

Payment

Full payment is due at drop-off.
We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Routine

All dogs must arrive on a leash.
Please text when you arrive and I’ll meet you in the driveway.
For safety and sanity please do not come to the front door. It sets off my own dogs and disrupts the pack.
After I meet you in the drive, I’ll take your pup out back and get them settled.

⏰ On-time drop-offs and pick-ups are essential. Early or late arrivals disrupt cleaning, sterilizing, and resetting kennels between guests. Please respect scheduled times — it helps me keep everything safe and smooth for all pups.

Trial Day for New Boarders

A half-day acclimation visit ($12) is required for new dogs.
Helps ensure fit, lowers stress, and reassures your pup that you’ll return.

Tours

In-person tours are by appointment only and offered only on slow days when my schedule allows.
I cannot accommodate walk-ins while grooming or caring for boarding guests.
For convenience, I also offer a virtual tour and a short video showing where your pup will stay.

Safety Rules

No dogs in heat.
Intact males accepted under 12 months if behavior is appropriate.
No aggressive dogs, excessive barkers, or dogs unsafe with cats/birds (farm animals onsite).
Kennel panels may be opened for more space if available — no extra cost.
All turnouts are individual — no group play.

We contact you immediately and transport your dog to the nearest veterinary hospital if needed.
Can I schedule a bath while boarding?
Yes! Bath, blowout, or grooming services can be scheduled when you put in your reservation. Based on availability.
Do you board dogs with special needs?
Yes, we accommodate elderly dogs and those with medical conditions. Please share all details in your registration.
How often will I get updates?
Daily text + photo updates (“Muddy Pup-dates”) are included in every stay.
