At Muddy Puppy Farm in Ewing, KY, grooming and boarding are one-on-one and thoughtfully scheduled to keep every dog comfortable, safe, and stress-free.

Getting started is simple:

• Request your grooming appointment or boarding stay online
• New clients will be guided to the appropriate intake form after booking
• I review all details before confirming your appointment or stay

Because I work one-on-one, I don’t take calls during appointments. Online booking allows me to stay focused on the dogs in my care while keeping everything organized behind the scenes.​

Health & Safety Requirements

For the health and safety of every guest, all dogs visiting Muddy Puppy Farm must be:

• Current on vaccinations:

  • Rabies

  • DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus [Hepatitis], Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)

  • Bordetella

• On a current flea & tick prevention program

• Worm-free (a recent negative fecal test is recommended)

You can upload vaccination and health records directly in the Client Portal or have your vet email them to muddypuppyfarm@gmail.com.

Proof of vaccinations must be uploaded before services are confirmed.
